about

Korédouga is a Bamanan rhythm from the Segou region (also played by other ethnic groups). The Koré is an initiation society whose members - the Korédouga - burst into festivals in a comical and outrageous way.

First song:
"- Korédouga, what's wrong?
- I don't have anything, I'm hungry.
My father and my mother are asking me what I want,
I want a good meal and a girl."
